My parents loved that visit too and felt really comfortable the while time. I like their strength program and the family feel you get there. He’s definitely one of the coaches I’m closest with and I really like coach (Kalen) DeBoer, too. I have great relationships with the coaches, especially coach Inge, the LB coach. Washington: “I’ve been to Washington twice and loved it both times. If you go to Utah, you’re going to get better, you’re going to win games and get a chance to play at the highest level.” He’s very straight forward and tells you how it’s going to be. Coach Whitt is great, he’s kind of old school but I like that. On my official trip, I had two really good conversations with coach (Kyle) Whittingham and spent a lot of time with coach (Morgan) Scalley as well. Utah: “I visited three times total and really like the coaching staff a lot. I like the tradition and I feel like thats’s a program headed in the right direction.” I like the vibe from the coaches and the overall energy there. They both came out to see me in person and then coach Choate was the one who offered. I have a good relationship with coach PK (Peter Kwiatkowski) and coach (Jeff) Choate. Texas: “ Texas was a big offer for me, that’s one of those schools you always kind of dream about. This was the first trip I brought my grandmother with me and she moves a little slower obviously and it felt like they scheduled the trip around her and making sure she was comfortable, it’s things like that I appreciate.”

The staff really cares about the players and they look out for the little things. I’ve been three times now and have a great relationship with the staff.

Oregon: “I always have a great time at Oregon. I also love Mel Tucker, he's a great coach but a better man and he's someone I know could be a great mentor to me if I went there." I want to major in graphic design and they have a creative advertising major that is exactly what I want to do. I like their Sports Science program and it’s a great academic fit.

It’s a super family oriented program and the players love playing for Mel Tucker. Michigan State: “Michigan State blew me away on my two visits. The talented ‘backer talked about what stands out about each of his finalists: He unofficially visited the four Pac-12 schools on his list earlier in the year and then officially visited each of them during June. He officially visited all of his finalists except the Longhorns. He has a final five of Michigan State, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington.
